When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during high-demand periods.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final. However, we offer a one-time refund on your first bottle of any supplement if you're not satisfied. Just reach out to us at support@fitbabelabs.com within 15 days of delivery. For more details, visit our Refunds & Returns page.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@fitbabelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right.

How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page includes a full description, suggested use, and key benefits. If you still have questions, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help guide you based on your wellness goals.

Are your supplements FDA-approved?
No dietary supplements are FDA-approved. However, all of our products are manufactured in facilities that follow FDA guidelines and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Can I take your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult with your healthcare provider before using any supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Can I combine multiple supplements from FitBabeLabs?
Yes, our products are designed to be stackable for everyday performance and recovery support. However, always check with a healthcare professional if you're unsure about combining ingredients or have a medical condition.
