At FitBabeLabs, we process all orders within 2–5 business days before shipment. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

At FitBabeLabs, we believe self-care should feel strong, simple, and stress-free. While we stand behind the quality of every product, we’ve created a returns policy that protects both you and the integrity of our supplements.
First-Time Bottle Guarantee (15 Days)
Trying a product for the first time? If you don’t love it, we’ve got you.
We offer a one-time refund on your first bottle of any supplement — no returns required.
Just email support@fitbabelabs.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and feedback. We’ll take care of the rest.
Limit one refund on one product per household. Applies to first-time purchases only.
All Other Sales Are Final
To ensure product safety and quality for all our customers, all other sales are considered final once your order is processed.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products or items outside the first-time guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@fitbabelabs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
